“Canceled my flight without warning”

Terrible terrible Terrible!! I booked a flight through them in October of 2011 for a flight from Barcelona to Chicago in May 2012. In March 2012 I decided to check on the flight status on their website only to find out that the flight had been canceled!! No email was ever sent warning me about this...just...canceled. I called Customer Service...which if you speak English, good luck understanding a word they say. Sounded liked I was talking to a 12 year old who hated his life too. I was barely able to make out that Pakisitan Airlines was stopping ALL flights into Chicago as of March 24th 2012. Again...No Warning!!!It cost me an extra $444 to get a new ticket! I'm still waiting to hear back from them to at least get a refund. Avoid this airline!

Did you ever receive a refund? I have a flight booked with them in September to Barcelona, they have again suspended the route without informing me, I had to find out from searching on the internet and those like you that posted. Wondering if I will ever get a refund?
