FIRST CLASS INVOLUNTARY DOWNGRADE FOR A SOLDOUT FLIGHT!!!!!!! Can you imagine PAYING for a first class ticket and bring offered AN appology and insignificant voucher because that is how they decided to make business. Not ranking into account the opportunity cost for their customers unacceptable treatment.
