A few wks back I went to go to web page Manage My Booking, even though I was putting in correct detail,s I still could not get unto the site, well between e-mails and telephone call,s (which they don,t answer I know they don,t)as I put my telephone on to hand set and for 25 minutes in rang and rang and this horrible voice " we are sorry all are agent,s are busy but when an agent become,s free they will take your call" then this silly music play,s on and on, well surprise surprise an automated e-mail stating THEY had spelt my surname wrong !!! I now find I am going to have to go through the same again as I might have to amend my booking I have never had any bother like this before and I have been booking holiday,s on internet site,s for year,s I really would,nt like anyone else to go through this as it,s just a nightmare caused by arrogant people, whom only care about the money and not the customer !!! So I think it,s best to stay away from people like this as your holiday will be spoilt before it starts !!!!!!!! You all have being warned be very aware of Jet 2

AGREED....Worse airline ever...you get what you pay for...NOTHING..every employee needs customer service training.
