“What happened to customer service”

We booked business class London-Miami and we also booked a car through the DELTA website. Delta subcontract the car to a company called ISEATZ who failed to supply the car and refuse to respond to emails or phone calls.Delta are not interested in this lack of performance. We only lost $86 but it could have been worse so be warned DO NOT BOOK A CAR through the DElta website and avoid any contact with ISEATZ who are rude and inefficient.
