flew from shanghai to London 2/3/2013 and was surprise after reading comments about the airline. flew in business class on the A330/200 which had full flat bed ,food was good.I think they should advert it more.the cabin crew are not that friendly and the only problem I found was lack of organizational with in the staff. in my case after I my main course I was waiting for my cheese but they brought the desert and some had fruits and some ice cream so you have to ask them. still would recomend them as they have fairly good prices
