I book a flight for nov 28 2012 and i didnt check the itinerary they send to the email add, 5 days later when i wanted to print my itinerary i learn that the flight date had been change to dec 28 2012.

I just filed a complaint through their email today but a response will only be serve 7 days later.

They also denied having glitches on their system when I clearly experience one when I book another flight.

I'm also confuse why they cant allow cancellation of promo bookings to consumers when double booking is done. I mean a consumer can be at fault too, but what if there are circumstances involve like there was a system glitch while you book that certain flight?

Or you wanted to cancel that flight because of scheduling problems and because the flight was booked 3 mos before the flight will be used, and thus they would have lengthy of opportunity to sell it to other customers? You will not be able to use it anyway, so why not give that kind of consideration?

and they dont respond immediately to your concerns. god. i hate this airline i wish i hadnt bought my tickets using their website.

Hi,
I'm planning on travelling with them, however after reading all these reviews, I'm considering Philippines Airlines instead. Would this be the safer option for me?

well if you wanted to be sure you can buy your ticket directly at ticketing areas, but for me i just had a really bad experience with Ceb while booking online. I thought since it wud be easier to book online so I just did, but sad to say, it did not pan out well.

PAL would cost more than CebPa but I dont have the authority to say that they'll provide better service, I did book online for PAL thou and my transaction went without a glitch there.

Also there was no flight delays that occurred during my flight, which was really good.
