I am frequent and loyal passenger of Cebu Pacific but what happened last at MCIAA Cebu Pacific check in desk without baggage last October 20 @ 7:40 am is a very big disappointment. Check in desk crew don't know how to handle passengers who came late because of unavoided circumstances. At first, she accommodated me but suddenly she said that I can no longer take my flight because I am late.. How come, there is no proper coordination with departure desk? She said list is already completed and finalize so theres no chance for me to take my 7 am flight. Its a very big disappointment that when flight is delayed we try to understand but when we are late for a very valid reason Cebu Pacific don't give a damn....... I suggest that you give PROPER TRAINING AND ORIENTATION to your MCIAA Cebu Pacific check in personnel.
