I will NEVER fly with canjet again. This was my first and last trip with them.We returned yesterday from Veradero.There was only a 3 hours delay on the way to Cuba but the staff were very rude on the way to our destination.Upon returning home, our flight got delayed 3 times, a total of 14 hours with no explanation until we were decending.WE had to pay an extra 25 pesos to have a room at the resort where we could rest before spending hours at the airport while waiting for our flight to arrive to bring us home. Tired and hungry,when we finally boarded the plane, the first thing the attendants do is go around for items for us to BUY to eat instead of serving our hot meal first? Once we did get our meal they were nice enough to announce they have alcohol we could PURCHASE? After all they put us through we didn't deserve a free drink? There were other people at the airport travelling with another airline waiting for 12 hours but were given a $75.00 voucher to be used for future travel and I'm pretty sure, better service. You get what you pay for.I advise travellers to pay the extra few dollars and travel with another airline if you want peace of mind.
