“Companion flight website broken - can't get through on...”

The companion flight website has been broken for weeks. A full year in advance of when we want to travel but apparently no flights available anywhere. Have tried to call nearly 100 times over past 3 weeks, but always busy - haven't spoken to anyone yet. No concept of customer care for loyal customers
