Having avoided BA for many years and opting for Virgin on the Boston to Heathrow route, I have been left amazed at how much they have changed since my last experience of them. Airport experience good, no long lines! The upper deck club world service was perfect, the seat very comfortable, food excellent and the crew very professional, friendly and it felt like they took their time to introduce themselves and find out how I wanted to spend the flight. After dining the lights went down and i was able to sleep right up until the seatbelt sign came on. An excellent flight all round. BA212 on Monday has swayed me back to BA on this route.
