American air is the worst airline I have ever flown! The plane was late causing us to miss our connecting flight. They lost my daughter and grand daughters luggage. AA told us that after 10pm that night they do not deliver luggage. At 3:30 that morning , they called from out front of our condo saying they have their luggage. The return flight was delayed 3 times which caused us to miss our connecting flight. We were rebooked on another flight causing all our seats to be separated. When we finally arrived in Philadelphia we found out our luggage went to charollete. AA must hand pick their worst employees and transfer them to the lost luggage department. The broad at the counter told us to hang around the baggage claim because our luggage should arrive in an hour and a half. I know no one from AA cares about reviews but I will forever be an advocate for people not to fly American Airlines.
