“2013 New Year's Day fiasco”

Disgusted. Left Phoenix at 8:00 am and arrived in Dallas/Ft. Worth on time. We were then advised that the next flight to Nashville had been cancelled due to "mechanical" issues. AA "offered" up a 5pm to my husband, a 7pm to my daughter, and a 10 pm to me. How's that for customer service? We as well as many others were offered up nothing but lip service. Totally disgusted with the way we were all treated. I write this as I am still waiting for my flight. Happy New Year, AA, you have lost a lot more customers. Thanks, I don't mind waiting an extra six or so hours for my flight. I certainly know that my time is of no value to you. Totally disgusted. I wanted to rate you a "0" but that wasn't an option.
