“Dsyfunctional consumer experience”

One of the worst airlines travelled in the past 20yrs. This is one airline who have seem to have insisted that ´consumer is not at the centre of our organisation'. Completely disconnected staff (most of whom were working towards their retirement funds than trying to excel at what they are doing) , and most of all depleting aircrafts. Did back to back cross atlantic journeys with them from Paris to Miami (10 hrs flying time) and Miami to Barcelona (9 hrs flying time) , with no personal entertainment systems in an eea where these things have become hygiene.
