“Can't believe they are in business!”

Never have encountered so many rude staff as on flights from Toronto to Rome, Athens to Rome, and Rome back to Toronto. Their airport staff at their Alitia Lounge in Rome were even worse! If you require assistance due to medical injuries do youself a favour and DON"T USE THIS COMPANY. Instead of being accomodating like other airlines,they will make you feel like you are a burden. Told by their employee that they would adjust seating and charges only to return home to find that they in fact did no such thing. I'm still fighting to get my money back from them. It's pretty sad when you are sitting on a plane and numerous other people are commenting on Alitias' extremely poor service.
I wish I'd read reviews of this company before booking with them.
