very rude staff who dont care about customer as what they serve we had frozen bread & frozen fruits trying to eat u would require steel teeth hot food had gone off when complained this is what got (staff not ready to listen or address matter)make thing worse on flight had fault but staff did not want to admit instead they said it technical fault and was diverted back to Toronto sitting on plane for approx 3 hours they are doing very good job so that u would never again with air canada
