“Mediocre business class”

Had a perfectly fine flight flying from JFK to Dublin two weeks ago but can't say the same for return flight yesterday. at 5.10 PM Considering there were 2 flight attendants covering 24 seats in business class it was very casual, sloppy service. A male flight attendant was friendly but "absentminded"...forgot requests....they rarely checked to see if anyone needed refills on drinks...a lot of people had empty water glasses. The female flight attendant lacked any charm and was quite brusque. Sadly won't fly with Aer Lingus again...hadn't flown with them for a few years and know I know why.,
