Sogoodtobuy was great to deal with. He helped me find the appropriate unit that fits our home and the unit has been running for a week now. The installation manual needs a bit of improvement. Everything was properly packed and it was delivered within 4 days.

I bought a 12000. Senville Aura from SoSadToBuy.com. I think the units are made well but the one I got locks in the defrost mode when the room temperature gets above the set temperature, this happens when I light the fireplace so the room temperature rises. The only way to start it up again is to shut it down and start it when the room get colder. A pain in the ass and probably not good for the unit. I've tried phoning SoShitIsOurService.com and nothing, and I've tried lots. I have always said you get what you pay for but I did not listen to myself, but it's not too late for you.
