Clear straightforward advice

I dealt with an advisor who was very careful to listen patiently to my requirements and then proceeded to find a suitable product that was right for me. I wanted to carefully review what he told me and pause for reflection which he was more than happy to do, including emailing full details of the suggested product. He even didn't show any frustration with my stupid questions and stayed really calm and took the time to ensure I understood the policy fully before I agreed to buy. I was a bit cynical to be honest before the contact since my experience of other firms call to try and convert a sales lead has been horrible. But all I can say is i would recommend this company and he personally for the service I received.
