The person I dealt with was really, really helpful and worked for over an hour on just helping me to get a life insurance and critical illness plan that would actually pay out and cover me for what I needed - was super patient and explained everything, even though I had to keep stopping to discuss stuff with my dad. Came across this company by accident. However thanks that I did no fee and great care taken to get the best product based on my situation. Didn't just try to sell me something that I didn't need. I swapped my mortgage income protection for a full income protection that gave me better coverage and protection. Worked around my current commitments and worked till 8pm to help.

The only thing I didn't like so much is that after getting a quotation from their website you are getting "bombarded" by emails and phone calls till you call back.

My husband and I presented a few complications which meant our policies took longer to set up; for example we had some bespoke requirements, and there were delays from our GP surgery in providing medical reports. Throughout the whole elongated process Aaron was helpful, patient and continued his role extremely effectively as our adviser. Called Drewsberry insurance looking for private healthcare cover.the person I dealt with   took my details said he would have some information for me to consider by end of week and I think within 48 hours he had emailed me various policies that met my criteria and explained in full which policy he thought more appropriate for my requirements. He didn't ring me or hassle me which gave me time to digest all the information that I needed to know. He left a message for me to call a good few days later and waited until I calked him back. Again I liked being not hassled. He understood my questions and relayed back to me what I was asking to show that he did indeed understand exactly what I was asking. No matter how many times I needed clarification he didn't get impatient. First class service which I find these days very rare.

Have just taken out an income protection policy with Via Drewberry and can honestly say it was a breeze, the person I was fortunate to have dealing with my enquiry was very professional and clearly knew exactly what he was talking about without blinding you with jargon, just plain English.
