“Cheap and cheerful but common sense needed!”

I Purchased one of these recently after a friend from work was explaining that he had been given a bike by an old pal who had let it lay in his garden after a repeated electrical fault..so 10 years later i get the bike, sort the ignition switch out, clean the carb/fuel tank/filters/air box replace pipework and generally service and replace a few small items and it started first turn. Having now ridden a fair few miles on this i have to say it's pretty decent but you do need to maintain it and check over it a little more and as they get older more so. Mine has very mild rust and wear on the panels but overall in good condition even after spending many years without a cover in the garden. I purchased ridiculously cheap and in total after sorting out i paid 150 pounds for the bike(with oil and pipework etc) and its already saving me money on fuel and causing less wear and tear on my van!

I had the cbr 125 in 2006 repsol which was my first cbt new, it reminds me of this a great deal just not as smooth but then for 150 pounds and ten years old what would i expect? I imagine a new one of these would be great if you serviced it yourself regularly...i can not imagine any major issues!I would not imagine a Honda to be this cheap!

Great little bike just needs maintaining regularly.
