Blackpool, Metropole Hotel

The metropole hotel,Blackpool.I paid a 'premium' price for a 2 night stay in a single room(June 2014.)whilst the room & breakfast were OK it has to be said the price was well over the top.what really irritated me was the fact I paid an extra £10 for a late check-out(12 noon.)my room card was deactivated when I left the room at 10.45.there wasn't much of an apology from reception.there has been no response from my completed comment card.
