good hand/nail cream needed please

Hi, has anyone got any tips about a good hand/nail cream that I can get in the UK ? My nails never get to a decent length as they're thin and flake, my hands look 10 years older than the rest of me! I rummage around in filing cabinets all day and it's a nightmare for my hands, even worse than gardening which I also do, is there no genuine hope? Cheers.

I think that the Saseline hand creams are quite good, keep your hands in tip-top condition, and it smells really nice too! And, you can buy them in most UK stores.
