    Regarding an O2 sim card, you can buy them in any O2 retail store.

    This is because it can only be unlocked by cable and software. I can unlock 99% of mobile phones. Only certain phones can be unlocked by code - Nokia, some old samsung, some lg. MOst phones can only be unlocked by cable and software. Some need hardware also.
