    i can unlock this phone but there are no free unlock codes for this particular phone. The x70 phone is one of the most expensive phones to get unlocked.
    This phone has to be unlocked via 2 log files which have to be purchased from Panasonic themselves.

    This is because it can only be unlocked by cable and software. I can unlock 99% of mobile phones. Only certain phones can be unlocked by code - Nokia, some old samsung, some lg. MOst phones can only be unlocked by cable and software. Some need hardware also.
