In terms of drooling... an orange cat eh? I think there is a trend
But with the bad breath, you may want to take your cat to the vet. Also feeding cats that crazy "cleans teeth" food seems to help my cats.
Do you feed your cats wet or dry food? -

In my experience it is either a sign of contentment (when betted or on your lap kneading purring etc) or occasionally it is a sign of a mouth infection. -

Drooling and paw pushing are involuntary motions some cats have as adult cats, brought from their kitten days. They are paw pushing to stimulate milk flow from their mother's teats and drooling in readiness for their meal! There is no answer to this apart from when you pet your cat make sure you wear old clothes! And be honoured she loves you that much!

Cats drool due to the cold/heat sudden changes in temperature or parhaps due to a cold or infection, or a sore throat (which makes it hard and painful to swallow), if it is a constant ongoing thing i woulod reccomedn that you see a vet.
