I read in a magazine (I know you should not believe everything you read), but in any case that you should change your skincare products as often as your shampoo because your skin gets use to the specific product and then ends up not working to its full potential as of the day you started using it. What do you think, stick to the products that work for you, or give you face some shock treatment by trying other products?

    Your views will be appreciated.

    Thank you. Laughing

After reading up on the ingredients in beauty skin and hair products, which is really scary once you know what the stuff can do to you, I have totally switched to natural products. You still have to be careful as some companies claim to be natural but still have synthetics in their products. I use There Must Be a Better Way read some books on cosmetic ingredients, it will change your life…

I personally get the best results sticking to the products that worked out right for the first time I tried them. Going to a different brand/type products caused me problems, so now I just try to avoide switching:)))
