HI all, I don't have this problem but have stumbled onto the site googling my problem. I have a stuck glove compartment. I have a 1999 honda civic LX. I read in your posts that I can possibly remove screws at the bottom to remove the glove compartment? Is that correct? I saw two screws on the bottom. Are they attached to a the fan and the glove compartment? Any help would be great! Thanks.

hi, i don't have the heater problem but do have a glove compartment problem. mine is stuck. I have a 1999 Honda Civic LX sedan and the glove compartment has not lock but it just won't open. I peaked inside and there doesnt' seem to be anything blocking it. I saw two screws at the bottom of the glove compartment. Are those the screws you guys are talking about? I'd just like to get in and remove my items (eg registration). I fi remove these screws, will the fan drop or what will happen once I remove the screws? Thanks for any help!
