Composite v S-Video

I am thinking of connecting a video sender to my PC. The PC has a TV card with Audio In, S-Video In and RF In sockets.

Some of the video senders I have been looking at have composite video output and I have a composite video to S-Video converter lead.

    Now for my question:

Does Composite Video also carry audio or does there have to be additional Audio connections? If composite video also carries audio, does S-Video also carry audio?

    Thanks.

No composite and s-video are video signals only.
You normally have left and right audio cables for the sound. Im not 100% how video senders work though.
