What's going on with the 902 model???

How come so few people seem to know anything about this model???! I'm figuring it can't be a new model as Dansai just released version 1020???



A friend and myself both have a 902 model, and no matter where we've looked, we can't get hold of a multi-region hack code for them, although such a thing does apparently exist!!!!



Can anyone shed any light on this model or suggest a place to look??????? Please Please Please!!!

found a hack that works with dansai dvd 902



power on

open tray

setup

press right 3 times

press up once

enter 49540 on numbers

region menu appears



change to 0 for all regions,

will add to 902 list when player appears

Thank You so much for that, was beginning to think nobody would ever respond, lol, but unfortunately - I followed everything you said there to the letter, but no menu appeared....



Is something supposed to happen when you press the UP key on the preferences page? I did that, and keyed in the number, but......nothing!!



Did you try this yourself on a 902??



I'll see if my mate (and fellow 902 owner) gets any result with this, but it doesnt seem to work with mine....

WAIT!!!! SCRUB EVERYTHING I JUST SAID!!!!!!



I just tried again (well, approximately a 6th time!) and somehow this time it worked!!! Little box came up with Region Code:2 and the down button changes it to 0!!!!

how do i make this dvd player mulit region

can anyone vouch for the 902 playing svcd i was told it does but cannot get any of my burnt svcds or vcds to play svcd comes up on the title screen but then stops ive tried pcb off and on but to no avail.
