Maxim 11-36 TV/DVD - need region hack

    My daughter got maxim 11-36 tv/dvd as christmas present. Plays region 2. Does anyone know if a multi region kack is available. Can find nothing at moment.

    If you still have the manual then page 29 explains all.. if not the switch t.v. to dvd mode without a disc in press setup then choose the option multi from the menu . it works !!!!

    Hi I am doing what the manual and you aretelling me but it still says wrong region!!! and Ideas?

    I have two dvds from Singapore and they still didn't work when i changed it to multi!! Crying or Very sad

    This will work, got it from another site from a bloke called Mully who got it from PARIS.

    On the remote
    Press DVD/TV
    Press DVD

    OPEN TRAY

    Press Setup
    Press menu arrows: Right, Left, Down, Up
    Press Display
    Now you should see the region coding set at 002
    Press 0 for multiregion
    Press Enter

    Try a region 1 disc... It works
