This happened to me as well. You should contact Vodafone uk about your GPRS set up. they will send you an SMS that sets up the GPRS on the phone. I can only find 2 Mp3 ringtones as well. Strange, and the owners manual is crud.I found stuff on the phone thats not even mentioned in it.

Contact Vodafone UK and they will send an SMS to the phone that will activate the GPRS function. As for the 4 embeded Mp3 ringtones, I can only find 2 myself and the manual is next to useless when it comes to explianing anything, found functions on the phone not even mentioned in it.

    LF2001.

Yes it does, but you have to tell the phone you want one. You do this on the new short Msg screen (just before you send your message) at the bottom it says U > Receipt: No. Just tick Yes and, you have to set this every time you send a message Sad

    Memory problem - help!

    I recently bought a moto v525 (vodafone).i m very satisfied but i have a problem.
I put many java games,mp3s and fotos through bluetooth in my phone. The problem is that now when i check my TOTAL memory space, it no longer shows me something like 5400kbytes but ONLY 3442kbytes!How did that happen??what is that consumes the rest of the memory and it cannot be seen though??shouldn't the total memory remain always the same??
I have only BT and not a cable in order to use the p2kmanager.
    Any suggestions????
    Thank you!

I recently got a v525 and am very happy with it. I'm also very grateful to this forum for the tip about getting GPRS/PictureMessaging activated, I'm sure that otherwise it would have taken me ages to work out why it wasn't working!

The one down-side so far is the size of the manual, there seems to be an amazing amount of stuff that isn't covered. Are there any online user manuals that go into more depth?

For example: in the pictures set-up menu there are the following items that I have no idea what they do: Auto Repeat, Shuffle, Allow Alert, Exposure. Can anyone help?

The GPRS doesn't work on my phone. Sad It worked on the fist few days when I got it, but now it says that the network is unavailable. I can't return it, cos I got it on the internet. Can anyone please help me out.
