It looks like a complete scam to me. Like a complete crocl. I would run away from it.

    Hi
What phone did you get please?
I'm thinking of going for one but if I can match your name to a purchase then this would give a good indication that this site is A OK!?

my tip for you would be only to join a list if it is new to the site. your best bet is to keep checking and joining on the day a phone is released on the site. otherwise you may be waiting a VERY long time for your phone.

also - make sure you look at the "new members" column to see how many people are needed for each phone dispatched as some require 35 new members per phone! argghhh!

i have joined two lists. one at the start of january and i am quite low down in the list despite joining on the day the phone was announced. and i havent even been added for the other one.

take a long think about it, yeah its cheap but it can prove to be a complete waste of money.

    hope this helps...

    Cheers 4 the info!
Yeah what you said sounds right. I think if you don't get on the list at 5th place or above then you have a looooooooooong wait!

I'm on another list, at the beginning of Jan! and its slow! so will take time, but as long as I think of it as a long term investment then I guess I can live with that!

At least the list I'm on will not bump me down, know one should overtake you unlike most other lists!

I think these people are being a bit greedy because as the price of phones drop they make more cash, while the list gets longer and moves slower!
They need to reduce the length of the list to keep more people interested!

Also I don't trust lists that say they haven't had time to post the new sign-ups etc...

This means when you look at the new list it looks empty, but you might already be a long way down the list once they get around to publishing it!

In saying all this, I still think its a good idea, but you have to be quick to get near the top of any of these lists if you don't want to wait a while!

If anyone is interested, the list I'm on is http://www.sim3fones.com/html/p900.html

This is also a good site to get £20 mobile phones. I am ordering a second phone on there right now.

i paid for and received my cd in DECEMBER 2003 and i'm still waiting for my phone. i had to change my modem and lost the address of the site and when i did eventually find it again my name was still about 200 people down the list, a year later. checking again later, the whole site had changed and i couldn't find my name anywhere on it.. my 20 pounds i have put down to experience and, as you can probably imagine, i am not expecting to hear anything or receive my phone, which is now 3 years out of date anyway!!!!! Crying or Very sad
