Need Help On Sending Pics Via Wap

hi everyone. plz can you help me out. what i want is to send mms or only pictures taken on a camera phone via wap. its on a network that dont provide mms ( Country Mauritius - Operator Cellplus or Emtel ). but they do have wap service. what i wanted to know is wether its posible to send pics captured via wap. or how to upload it FROM the phone to a website( for the website, i do have a personal one with 1gb of storage capacity). the phone am using is a Sharp GX20. tnx mates!
