    Hi,

Has anyone ever taken these. Want to get off phentermine as I'm not sure it's that good for me long term.

How about Hoodia, natural product from Cactii?

They're purchased locally in East Sussex. I visit a "Medical Centre" specialising in beauty treatments etc. The doctor won't subscribe unless you're medically fit albeit overweight. They're great pills but the associated dangers are well publicised. I personally have used phentermine with no side effects. I'd be interested to know how you've got on with these pills.

    Hi T,

Are they an appetite suppressant? and if so are you saying that although they worked well the first week, you've felt hungry again the second week. Are there any obvious side affects, constipation etc.

Yes, they worked well, but not now. Both myself and others have noticed that I've been emotional on them an felt like crying. Having now stopped taking the pills, I feel better but hungry. Just ordered some zantrex3 to see how they are.

Hi all, well, got my delivery of Reductamin this morning. It tells me to take 1 at 9am and 1 at 3am, so have done so, feel a bit old, kind of shakey, but not too bad, not too sure if that's because I have cut my calorie intake. However, their main ingredient is Kola-nut which is caffiene, and I don't usually take in a lot of caffiene, but will keep you posted. Any other views would be good to hear.
