    People should be careful when signing up for 12 months free line rental offers; there are a lot of folk on this forum who have had great difficulty in claiming their cashback. There are a few rogue mobile phone retailers who have been known to make it as difficult as possible for you to claim back your line rental, with some companies not even refunding at all. Make sure you research the retailer before you buy, as that fantastic sounding offer might just turn sour.
