    I am am a Carphone warehouse user with an 02 200 account and can confirm that they are including 0845 calls in the free minute plan. Take a look at the CPW brochure in the small print at the bottom of the O2 page. I don't think anyone else does it - I tried it with www.aardvaak.net and www.paygi.net
