    Hi,

    I signed a Sale Contract for buying a new Car with a dealer. I think I got a very good deal and the car is yet to be delivered to me as the dealer had to get it from different location. Can the dealer back off and break the contract without delivering me the new car ?

    no they cannot - generally these are binding - if
