how to tune a Sony t.v with oneforall cinema 6 rem(1 Messages)

    I don't have an original sony t.v remote so how can i tune channels on my sony t.v. with my oneforall cinema 6 remote URC 6800?? I don't understand the L keys and also i have looked to find out how to tune with a sony remote but find this impossible-pls help
