Unlock code is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number or 4 sets of 0's or 4 set's of 1's. If you have changed the phone code and you forgot it, you will not be able to reset it, you will have to take it into your service provider to have the phone reset.



If it's the service programming code you are looking for it's usually 6 1's or 6 o's. Be advised Service programming codes are sometimes changed by carrier so you will have to contact them directly.
