    I've been given a second hand hitachi t.v. No instructions came with it and i cant work out how to tune the terrestial t.v channels. On the remote it has got CLE-921A model number. Any help would be much appreciated..

    I have the same problem with a Hitachi set given to me, but the previous owner said he has the manual to go with it, when I get it I will let you know how to tune.

    Good news, I now have the instruction book for the tv.



    The bit we have all missed to get into the tuning set up menu,is that you have to hold the MENU key down for more than 5 seconds, why didnt I think of that !!!!!!!!

    i have a hitachi wide screen tv - the model number on the back is C24N1TN 311 and then another number G5AYJ581 00334. I lost the remote control (don't ask!). Ordered a new remote off the internet - remote arrived (RM1705) but i cannot tune the bally thing in! What am I doing wrong? HELP!!

    Hi, my problem is that I don't know how to have one channel tuned to PIP, then change the channel and watch something else. I push PIP, then what?? Football is coming up soon, and we need to keep the peace......... Thanks
