HELP!!! Just got new Nokia 3310 and got confused with security code. Now I have managed to block my sim card (don't now who my service provider is as phone is supplied through my job - can find this info later). Now I need PUK code. Can anyone help me?
Many thanks.

Hi Kate.
You can find out the service provider by looking at the SIM Card, then phone them from another phone (Like I had to when I was in your position), enter your Mobile Phone Number and you will get an automated reply giving you your PUK Number, make sure you make a note of it and enter this exactly, if you make too many mistakes/retries your SIM Card will have to be replaced and all remaining credit will be lost!!!!

Hi
You can't guess your PUK - it's too long. You need to get in touch with your network provider (mine is Vodaphone). I think you will need a new SIM card, but your network provider may give you another chance to enter your PUK (which they can provide you with). Hope this helps.
Good Luck

Hi Kwillis.
You can find out the service provider (O2, Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile) by taking off the back of your phone (turn phone OFF first), then remove the battery (if you need to),look at the SIM Card, then phone them from another phone (Like I had to when I was in your position), enter your Mobile Phone Number and you will get an automated reply giving you your PUK Number, make sure you make a note of it and enter this exactly, if you make too many mistakes/retries your SIM Card will have to be replaced and all remaining credit will be lost!!!!
