    Had the GPRS and WAP settings sent to my phone, and saved via o2 website, but STILL can't access WAP.



    Continuosly receiving the & quot;GPRS Connection Not Available & quot; message, have been trying for 2 days!



    Driving me mad, please help!!

    I had the exact same problem,i contacted 02 about it and it still hasnt been fixed but as my phone started out as a vodafone i am now using the vodafone wap on my 02 sim, it works a treat and duznt seem to be any more expensive than 02.

    I will be getting the 02 active info to correct the problems im having with the wap service fairly soon, if you want me to forward it to you let me know by e-mailing me at princesse_puddle@yahoo.co.uk

    Have you checked with o2 that your SIM is provisioned with the service?
