I just started taking the pills 2 weeks ago. I am not weighing myself since that just always shocks me. When I started taking I weighed in at 174 with a 5'8 & quot; height. I can say though that clothes fit looser and look better on me than before. I know I am losing weight. Energy is up and food cravings are way down. Gone are the snacking urges and overeating at meals. Husband is noticing weight loss, and I think in a month I will be down from a tight size 10/12 to a comfy 8/10.

With the increased energy I've begun stretching and mild exercises for the abdominal. A workout routine is definitely in my thoughts now, and with feeling like I can actually do it with the added energy boost. I just ordered more pills to take me another month since I take 4-5 a day depending on how much I am planning to eat.

I personally think mental approach is needed. I went into this thinking I have to try not to snack, overeat, and need to start some working out. Luckily the pill eases the way for all that happening as it targets those issues.

I'll clench teeth and weigh myself in the next week to see what the scale says so I've got a record of loss to post. I just hate scales!

I started using Zantrex-3 on 01/01/04. I really like it. It gives me lots of energy. I have four small boys so I need the energy. I am currently wanting to tone and lose pounds. So far I have lost about 8 lbs. Is anyone exercising with this pill and seeing fast results?

Hi all... I'm back. Since my last posting I have lost 5lbs. I have been *trying* to eat properly and I dont know if this 5lbs is a fluke or not. Either way I'm not complaining, as 5lbs is a lot to loose in such a short space of time either way. As the Zantrex isnt doing any harm, (that I'm aware of) I'm going to keep taking them for another week.

I will be back next week to report on how well I get on with the weight loss/gain. Hopefully it will be a loss ;-D

Bye for now .. and you lot keep posting.. I want to know I'm not the only one on a fat busting mission!!

Hi guys! I started taking zantrex 1 week ago. At first I had all those side effects: a stomach ache, a head ache, i felt tired and sick. But after couple of days all the side effects disappeared. I take one pill 20 mins before breakfast and 1 before lunch. I never exceed 2 pills per day. I was 150 when I started taking it. Yesterday I was 146. But I also eat very healthy (lots of protein), and I work out regularly. I know I would lose weight even without zantrex, but it really speeds up my weight loss and gives me all the motivation I need. I think it's awesome. All the side effects go away after some time. Now, when i take zantrex, I have so much energy and I feel myself great! I just hope it's not addictive! Smile next week I'll post my weight again. I hope I'll be 144 or even 142 Smile Good luck!

i just started using this yesterday and so far i feel like crud. I've been getting major headaches, feeling nauseas and really sleepy.

this is what i did. I took two yesterday afternoon right before lunch (my reaction to that wasn't great), so I took just 1 at early evening (6pm) and another one few hours later before bed. I woke up feeling fine. I stuck to just one before lunch today. I started feeling the effect not too long after i had my lunch. I felt really bloated (and I didn't even have too much eat) and now I have a pounding heache. I'm just trying to drink a lot of water at the moment.

am i doing something wrong....anyone? any suggestions?

My solution for the time being is to stop taking it right before my meals and to instead let about an hour lapse after one pill before a meal. what do you think?

Hey, I have been experimenting with Zantrex for about 1 month now (maybe more) and here has been my experience.....At first I started out with the dosage that it suggested.. 2 before meals...truthfully after taking the two i didn't want meals, so it was more like 2 and no meals. Anyways, this action resulted in the horrible redness in my face and an extreme burning sensation on my elbows and whole body. In addition I would frequently find myself going numb and sometimes at night even...which scared me to death. After going through that and only losing very FEW pounds, I back-tracked and started over. I have finally come up with a good plan for the day that is working for me personally...What i do is take 1 when i wake up with 1 or 2 full glasses of water. I take another at about 12 noon with more water, another at 2, and another at about 5, all with water. At about 8 or 9pm, i take 2 with more water. So I still result in the same dosage for the day, but it is drawn out and with MUCH water added. Also i eat very small portions but i am not hungry either. I've lost about 10 pounds so far with this method and i've had no side effects at all (even when i take the 2 at night). I usually get sleep at about 11 or 12. Well, this has been my experience with it, i do not recommend anyone to do the same thing i am, but it's only for your personal search for a method, as i have. Good luck to everyone and thank you!!----oh oh, I forgot to say, I started out the diet weighing 160, i am 5'9 and none of this includes any designated exercise, only normal life (i'm lazy..hehe). Now I am 150 and STILL 5'9...duh..hehe...well, bye bye!!

I AM GLAD I FOUND THIS FORUM ABOUT ZANTREX 3. WELL LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THAT I LOVE IT!!! THIS IS THE BEST DIET PILL THAT I HAVE EVER TRIED, IT NOT ONLY GIVES ME TONS OF ENERGY, I HAVE BEGUN TO LOSE LOTS OF WEIGHT. I STARTED TAKING ZANTREX3 ON DEC.1, AND WEIGHED 254LBS. IT TOTALLY TAKES AWAY MY APPETITE, BUT I DO MAKE MYSELF EAT. I HAVE NOT CHANGED MY DIET, I DON'T EXERCISE, BUT I AM GOING TO START, BECAUSE OF THE FAST WEIGHT LOSS I AM BECOMING A LITTLE FLABBY. NOW FOR THE BEST PART AS OF TODAY DEC.21,03 I WEIGH 243LBS. YESTERDAY I WAS ABLE TO PUT ON A PAIR OF JEANS THAT I HAD TRIED ON ON THANKSGIVING (AND COULD NOT EVEN PULL UP ALL THE WAY)WHICH WAS ALMOST A MONTH AGO. EVERYONE WHO SAW ME ON THANKSGIVING AND WHO SEE ME NOW ARE SO AMAZED AT HOW MUCH WEIGHT I'VE LOST. I LOST A LOT OF INCHES ALSO. AT FIRST I USE TO BE TIRED AND SLUGGISH ALL OF THE TIME, BUT NOT ANYMORE. ONE THING I MUST MENTION THOUGH IS THAT IN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS I DID NOT LOSE A POUND, AND I HAD BEGUN TO GET A LITTLE DISCOURAGED, BUT I DECIDED TO FINISH THE BOTTLE SINCE I HAD PAID $60.00 FOR THE PILLS. AND BOY AM I GLAD I DID BECAUSE THE 3RD WEEK IS WHEN I AND EVERYONE ELSE STARTED TO NOTICE THAT THE POUNDS AND INCHES WERE COMING OFF! I AM SOOO EXCITED, I HAVE MANY MORE POUNDS TO GO BEFORE I'M AT MY GOAL, BUT I THINK WITH ZANTREX 3 I WILL REACH MY IDEAL WEIGHT IN NO TIME. GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND GOD BLESS.

Good for you idontwanttosay. Its very important to feel good about yourself. well done.

i also think that if these pills give people the motivation they need then why not spend 40quid on them??? If it makes people happy i dont see whats wrong with that.
