dont be fooled by these tablets or any other marketing ploy on so called weight loss tablets

the ones that do work are given to you by a doctor

diet and excercise are the key to losing weight also motivation plays its part take a look around

www.muscletalk.co.uk for diet help and excercise regimes all free none of this pay us rubbish like you see on tescos website

Hello everyone! I am new to this whole diet pill thing. I have to ask this question before I even think about purchasing. Someone commented that the pills are equal to 15 cups of coffee so I was wondering if they will do the samething to me as coffee does hint ( bathroom)?

Don't be tempted to take this or anything like this without consulting your General Practitioner. You may have some underlying cause for weight gain and taking stimulants like this may do you harm. I have experienced being overweight and know how depressing it is trying to lose it. I tried cutting down on food and drinking lots of coffee, (Zantrex-3 is very high in caffeine) but still made little difference and was making me feel ill. In desperation I visited my Doctor. She took a blood test and I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. She put me on Thyroxin and my weight started to go down eventually. I am not stating all overweight people have this condition, merely do not take this sort of stimulant before you have checked with your Doctor. You are wasting your money. Nothing compensates for a healthy low calorie diet, which your Doctor will help you with.
