Samsung SV-DVD3E problem

I brought one of these players from techtronics.com in Dec 2002 (still under warranty)and noticed a problem with DVD playback. The picture breaks up on all the movies I have tried after they have usually been playing for 30+ mins (sometimes less), at random intervals. The breakup is similar to digital TV break up. So I sent it back to techtronics, they couldn't find a problem so the same player was returned to me.



I've been trying it out for the past few months and the problem is still there. I've tried lots of solutions (eg new scart leads) but no luck. I think the player has a problem but how do I convince techtronics?



any advice would be much appreciated.
