    my friend gave me his motorola C330 and when i put my sim in and entered the PIN it asked me 4 a subsidy code. i stupidly started punchin in numbers and now it just says 'contact service provider'. after more investigation i found out u can buy a subsidy code 2 unlock the phone but now it doesnt ask 4 the code. i need help cos i really need this new phone as my old nokias on its last legs.

    can anyone help me?

    t-mobile r money grabbers , the same happened 2 me , apparently you have 2 buy a subsidy code by ringing them , and 4 the pleasure they will charge you 35 quid . if you come up with any other cheaper way gizz a call . cheers .

    hi turn on the phone and leave it on for a few hours and the "contact service provider"will change to enter subsidy code.then enter sub code and you are unlocked.
