    Hiya all!! Pls would someone tell me which type of data cable i need in order to transfer the photos ive took on my Sagem my x6.



    I bought the fone yesterday and already in love with it. It can do everything but wash the pots!! hehe.

    Hi having bought a myX6 last week I was eager to get a data cable, only to e told by Orange that there isn't one currently available for this phone which I thought was odd to say the least. But you can purchase an IrDA USB adapter and transfer your files tha way via the infra red port on our phone.

    Hiya. Thanks for reply there. Ive since bought a data cable which transferred phone book at texts to my computer. But what about the pictures ive took? Will i ever be able to upload them onto my computer?? Sad Pls help!!

    I just got my my-X6 today, and within the instructions it says that the data cable is the same as for the my-X5.

    Please yould you take a photo on the myx6 and see if u can upload the pic to your computer using the data cable for the myx5?? I would really appreciate that!! thanks for your help!!!

    Sagem's Website! There is a USB data cable offered for £29.00 for the MyX6, had a bit of a look and you can get a serial cable for the MyX5 (same connector but imagine would be slower) for $9.00 if you look around.

    Hi there

    The data cable that you need to transfer photos from the phone to the computer is very expensive. But there is another way. You can by an ifa red adaptor that plugs into your usb port. Have a look on ebay and you can get them for about £15.

    laura-jane...i share your pain, am looking for a cable to upload my fotos onto computer, have you found a way to do it yet? is it possible!?wouldnt it have been far easier if they included it in the box with the phone! neway..sum1 plz hear my plea!

    I had same problem. I ordered the cable from Sagem but I'm still waiting. I did buy the Belkin Infra red unit and have used it successfully on Audio and Picture files from the Sagem to my HP Laptop and Home PC.

    I TOLD YOU, BUY AN INFA RED ADAPTOR FROM EBAY OR MAPLIN ELECTRONICS, they are only about 20 quid!!
