Ok, here is the trouble. When I acquired my MP3 Player, it came with a disk that installed the correct version of MMJukebox, as so that I could upload my music to the MP3 Player, along with some sort of Driver. The disk has been "misplaced" in my move, and cannot find the driver or any software for Jukebox to recognise my MP3 Player. Ive looked everywhere I could think of ONLINE. If anyone has any way to get me a copy of the original disk or a site where I can get the software for it PLaheaaase, let me know. I'm growing desperate. Thanks.....Deek

Hi, I still have the original disk it came with. I guess whoever still needs it, contact me at k0wala@hotmail.com and we can arrange how I can help.

I just bought a 256 mb Lexar SD memory card to expand the amount of storage for this device. I cannot, however, get it to play properly for me. First of all Music Match only recognizes 144 mb of free space out of the 256 mb. This is after having tried to format it through three various methods. Secondly I finally got it playing songs from the card but only certain ones and only for a few seconds before it just stops. Also, I have already upgraded the firmware through a downloadable executable file from RCA's site.
