skydive mini dv video camera

Hi to all skydivers and non skydivers!

I'm thinking of buying the canon mvx2i but the reviews about its noise doesn't sound good. For about same price/quality, I'm also looking at either the jvc gr-dx300 or the jvc gr-dvp9, but can't find any reviews on any of them. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
