cannot get onto the wap with my Panasonic GD67

Hey if anyone can help me with my problem email me. i have just bought a panasonic gd67 and when i try and goto the wap it says circuit down do you want to start a data call? i press yes then it carry's on connecting but then just says same message! please help me!!!! thankyou.

yes you do want to start making a data call.

Also i will post the normal wap setting for each network as you didnt say wat one you where on make sure urs are the same.

i cant get into wap either.
have tried your t-mobile settings & t-mobile configurations off home page....but still comes up with server not responding.
any ideas??????
